Keycard Access

You may request a free keycard to be mailed to you by submitting an access card request form. To initiate access, tap the card reader with the keycard.

Complementary Bike Insurance 

Oonee provides registered users complementary insurance against theft and damage to bikes and other micro mobility vehicles while they are parked inside Oonee. 

To qualify for insurance, you must:

• Fill out a Bike Profile

• Ensure your bike is properly locked with a high quality U-lock while it is parked inside Oonee.

• If using the Oonee Dock, the vehicle frame must be properly secured by the station’s locking mechanism.

• (In the case of theft) file a police report.
